Refund policy

All returns may be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. All products must be unopened and in original packaging. Pure Colors Cosmetics, Inc., will not refund shipping and a 30% restocking and handling fee will be charged to the customer. Please note that customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to sending back returned product. Such Authorization number may be obtained by having an order number and by e-mailing: support@purecolorscosmetics.com or calling Customer Service at (978) 764-2964. Once the process is complete, an exchange or store credit will be issued to the customer. All returns are subject to review and approval by management.
