Use the Yellow Brightening Powder (Butterscotch #4 Loose Powder) to bake the under eyes for a flawless finish on top of your concealer.

APPLICATION TIPS ● Yellow Brightening Powder: Can be used alone or on top of makeup looks as a setting powder. ○ To Set: Swirl lightly over the face with a powder brush. ○ To bake: Apply a liberal amount over concealer, under the eyes, with a makeup sponge. Leave on 5-10 minutes (the heat from your face sets the concealer). Brush off.
